I have never believed in "magic pills."
My journey is all about hard work, analysis, learning from mistakes, and continuous education.
I started as a 4th-year university student, without investments, wealthy relatives, or loans. Moreover, I had no professional skills or knowledge.
At that time, the idea of opening a salon seemed the most appealing to me, so I decided to begin as a nail technician.
After dedicating years to learning and skill development, I completed dozens of courses with the best experts in the field across Ukraine and CIS countries, studied various approaches, and created my own. Over time, through constant analysis and the meticulous work of our entire team, we developed a technique that ensures a steady flow of clients to our salons.
However, being a professional technician doesn’t mean knowing how to manage a business. I realized this in 2018 when my entire team quit, leaving me alone with an expensive space in an elite district of Kyiv. The clients, by the way, also left because they couldn’t book appointments.
I managed to bring the business back on track, and the new team became stronger and larger.
This painful lesson became a turning point, pushing me to dive deeper into studying business processes, automation, and working with niche specialists. Thanks to this, I achieved confident and planned growth, opened a salon in Dubai, and for over two years now, the studio in Kyiv has been successfully operating without my physical presence.
