I have never believed in "magic pills."
My journey is all about hard work, analysis, learning from mistakes, and continuous education.
I built my first salon from zero and later scaled the business to two countries — Kyiv and Dubai.
I started as a nail technician while still a 4th-year university student, without investments, business background, or professional skills in the beauty industry. Over the years I invested heavily in education, completing dozens of courses with leading experts across Ukraine and CIS countries. Through constant experimentation and teamwork, we developed our own techniques and service standards that helped us build a loyal and consistent client base.
But being a great technician doesn’t mean knowing how to run a business. I learned this the hard way in 2018, when my entire team quit at once, leaving me alone with an expensive space in one of Kyiv’s most prestigious districts. Clients also stopped coming simply because appointments became unavailable.
That moment forced me to rethink everything I knew about running a salon. I began deeply studying management systems, team building, and operational processes.
Today, these systems allow my salon in Kyiv to operate successfully without my physical presence for more than two years, while I continue expanding the business internationally, including opening a salon in Dubai.
Now I share this experience with other beauty salon owners — helping them build strong teams, create clear systems, and grow sustainable, profitable businesses.
